Ericsson FSO                                                                                          Apr 15- Current

Tower Tech 1/ Crew Lead

Responsibilities included being part of a two man tiger team maintenance crew climbing at various heights for Sprint. Troubleshooting Microwaves, Ericsson and Nokia radio 800, 1900 and 2.5. Also responsible for checking in and out of sites taking/ uploading close out pictures daily while doing at least 2 sites a day. Complete work in a timely manner by planning prioritizing, mobilizing staff  material to meet schedule. Sweeping, Fiber Testing and Checking RET’S as well as changing out antenna’s, radios and fiber jumpers if needed.                                                                                          

 

Versacom Networks Dallas, TX                                                            March 14- March15

Tower Climber/ Foreman

Responsibilities included climbing towers at various heights, working with T-Mobile doing full site builds and LTE builds. Also, doing tiger team trouble shooting TMA’S, RET’S and antennas swaps.  Doing 2 sites a day Sweeping, Fiber Testing and Checking RET’S and setting RET’S working with T-Mobile techs also working with L700 LTE building sites hanging 3 new antennas and 3new RRU’S. Also working with T-Mobile L700 LTE   putting up3 new antennas and 3 new RRU’S also installing the new harding L1900 installation 

 

Synaptyk Networks Plano, TX                                                             Aug.13- Dec13

Tower climber/Ground

Responsibilities include climbing working on guy tower, self supporters and some mono poles. All work was AT&T doing full site builds 1^st & 2^nd carriers running coax lines grounding and building connectors for coax and upgrading LTE. Also did some microwave work.

  

Commercial Tower/Lemcom Dallas, TX                                            Oct. 12 – Apr. 13 Tower climber/Ground

Responsibilities include climbing towers working with T-Mobile building sites from the ground up, mounting COVP, running conduit, power cable, Ethernet and lugging everything into the BBU also working on tower, taking pictures of antenna before swop and finishing pictures, setting rets, running hybrid cable and making sure color code is right and done. I was also a Forman for a crew of 4 also installing LTE 4G.

 

WCC, Colony, TX                               Jun. 11 – Mar. 12

Tower climber

Climb towers for WCC working with AT&T building sites setting antenna Alpha, Beta and Gamma getting pictures of down tilt color code jumpers.
